Refund policy

At Love To All Nattys Corp, customer satisfaction is important to us. We aim to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which they were received, including original packaging and tags (if applicable). Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not qualify for a refund.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
